End of term dinner

Here is Adam at his end of term dinner. This dinner was held at Brasenose College.

DONE !!

Today Adam finished his last exam... YEAH !!! He still has one more report to hand in Monday but the bulk of the work is finally finished.

He is out for the end of term dinner now and I hope that he is relaxing and enjoying his new freedom.

Good Luck Adam

Well it has been another slow week in Oxford. Adam has spent the whole  week studying for his upcoming tests. Once again I feel bad for him but he seems to be taking it pretty well. His exams start Monday and finish this Thursday. So... wish him luck. 

Tonight Adam ( with the help of our friend Nancy) had some friends met us for an early birthday dinner.  It was a surprise so I didn't have my camera for photos : ( 

Rugby Match

Today the SBS rugby team played their first game. They played pretty well and there were no major injuries!! I didn't quite understand what was going on most of the time but I still enjoyed the game.

Poker Night

On Friday the 13th we had a girls night. I tried to learn how to play poker yet again.
I will just say it is a good thing we weren't betting with real money ; )

Red Nose Day

Today was Red Nose Day ! Our school celebrated by encouraging the students pay a small fee to wear wacky clothes or wacky hair. All of the money goes to the Comic Relief Charity fund. I have to say it really was a crazy day but the students had a lot of fun and really got into the spirit of things : )

Mud mud and more mud

Sorry we haven't posted much in a while but it has been a pretty low key week.
Last weekend we went out to dinner one last time with Zach and a few other friends before he headed off. We went to a restaurant where Adam and I had a pretty decent experience before but unfortunately that night was quite different. We never got silverware ( we asked 3 times) our food orders were messed up, there was a bug in the water and Nancy had burnt food : ( Not a very nice good bye for Zach.
So Zach headed out on Saturday and spent a few days in London before flying home. His visit went by quickly, but we are really glad we got to see him while he was here though.
Last Saturday Adam and I finally saw a Bollywood movie at the school as well. Very interesting......
This weekend was also pretty quiet, I did lots of reading and cooking while Adam mostly studied.

Just wanted to share a few photos from Adam's Rugby practice on Sunday. Right as he arrived there was quite a downpour and this was the result : )
