On Friday night we went to dinner with some friends and actually found a pub nearby that serves all vegetarian food. I was pretty amazed that we hadn't found the place before. The food was OK, but it was nice to have a few Vegan choices though !
Yesterday, our friend Liz hosted a cookie baking afternoon. A few of the girls met up and we made some Christmas Cookies, listened to cheesy Christmas music and even fit in a game of Clue before the boys met us for dinner. It was a fun afternoon and a great chance to see everyone together one last time.
Today however, Adam and I should get organized and packing. We have so much to do in the next few days. Including a drive to Wales, a ferry to Dublin, a flight to New York and finally a drive home.

I love the group picture. It gives me comfort to see that during your year you made so many good friends. I thank them for taking care of the four of you. I miss them already for you. Looks like you will have travel destinations and friends to visit over the years.
