Belgium

This weekend I went to Brugge & Brussels, Belgium. It was a great weekend and I was even pleasantly surprised at all of the yummy vegan chocolate that I was able to find !

We had a wonderful time walking around the cities but found that we spent most of our time ( and money) buying chocolate.

Pierre Marcolini - A really Posh chocolate store. Here is a selection of their truffles along with the violet and rose truffle that Alysha bought. She said they were so yummy that she went back and bought more !!

Some of the waffle choices in Belgium. We learned that the locals eat them with fruit or sugar, however, Alysha opted for the more delicious version with Strawberries and Chocolate.

Just a few yummy chocolate pictures. I thought the penguins were funny and the chocolate bark looked so yummy that Nancy went back to buy some.


This is just one small wall in a beer store they literally had hundreds of different flavors.

Meanwhile Adam stayed home with the puppies. On Sunday he went into London to take part of a documentary on MBA students for the history channel. I can't actually imagine who would want to watch it but if it does air, we will be sure to share the details : )
